Shipping & Returns
You have 30 days from your date of receiving the product to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We currently ship from manufacturers around the world. Once your order has been processed, our typical shipping times are listed below:
United States & Canada: Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Rest of the World: Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
